Reporting to the Sales Director, you will develop a strong understanding of our services and present their benefits to clients across the education, NHS and private sectors. You will engage with a range of decision-makers, including governors, business managers, headteachers, practice managers and office managers.
Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and negotiate deals.
• Oversee projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the wider team.
About you
You will bring relevant sales skills, experience and business contacts, together with a proactive, can-do attitude. You should be confident communicating and presenting to different audiences, comfortable negotiating and able to manage projects from start to finish, both independently and as part of a team.
Business Administration Assistant
We are looking for an organised and proactive Business Administration Assistant to support our Facilities Management team. You will help coordinate maintenance requests, prepare quotations and provide day-to-day administrative support, keeping clients informed and ensuring jobs are accurately recorded from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key responsibilities
Handle incoming maintenance calls and emails, accurately recording job details and priorities.
Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to arrange attendance and monitor work through to completion.
Keep clients updated and maintain accurate records on internal systems and client portals.
Obtain, prepare and issue quotations, following up with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Provide general administrative support to the Facilities Management team.
About you
You will have previous administration experience, strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You should be confident using Outlook, Word and Excel, communicate professionally and be able to prioritise competing tasks in a busy environment.
We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused team player who takes ownership of tasks, adapts to changing priorities and works effectively both independently and with colleagues.
Experience in facilities management, property services, construction or maintenance would be an advantage, as would familiarity with maintenance work orders, CAFM systems, client portals or preparing quotations.
