Welcome to our Autumn FM4U Newsletter. We have had our busiest summer ever, with over 1000 pre-planned maintenance’s carried out and several internal & external refurbishments being completed.
We also have another new team member – Mick joined us in June, bringing with him an expertise in sales, and a wealth of experience in many areas of the facilities management sector.
As we enter the uncertain days ahead with energy costs rising for all of us not only in our own homes, but in all commercial & business premises I am sure this will be a worrying time for everyone. With this in mind we have partnered up with an Independent Utility Company who can give out free advice and look to help you get funding for your sites. This needs to be acted upon quickly as once the funding is released, it will go very quickly. If you would like more information please do get in touch asap.
